PSA: AirPods Are the Same Low Price on Amazon as They Were During Prime Day

The hill I will truly die on is that no one needs to pay full price for Apple AirPods—ever. Though Apple itself rarely hosts sales, Amazon regularly offers markdowns on the brand's oh-so-popular tech gadgets around holidays like Labor Day. In fact, AirPods 4 are currently only $99, the same price as they were during Prime Day.
Apple's noise-canceling AirPods Pro 3 and over-the-ear AirPods Max are also included in the retailer's Labor Day deals. Based on past Amazon sales, I'm not counting on seeing discounts on EarPods with a USB-C connector , but if you've got an older phone model with a Lightning connector , you're in luck.
Right now, you're probably asking yourself whether Labor Day weekend is really the best time to shop. As someone who has written about more tech sales than they can count, I'm urging you to shop sooner rather than later, because there's no telling when the next Amazon deals on AirPods will arrive—or if they'll be this good.
