Virgin Voyagesis officially charting new territory for Summer 2028. The adult-only cruise line announced its first-ever season in Scandinavia and the Baltics, sending Valiant Lady to homeport out of Amsterdam for a limited six-sailing season running from July 9 through September 4, 2028. The lineup marks a major milestone for the fleet, introducing 15 brand-new maiden ports across two seas, including new calls in Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Poland,and France.

The new season features four distinct Northern Europe itineraries alongside two 10-night Western Europe repositioning crossings connecting Barcelonaand Amsterdam. Designed for travelers who want deep cultural immersion without the traditional mega-ship crowds, every itinerary on the schedule includes at least one port that Virgin Voyages has never visited before, along with overnight stays in cultural hotspots like Stockholmand Lisbon.

The marquee itinerary of the season is an 11-night Arctic Circle & Norwegian Fjordsvoyage departing August 2028. The ship will sail past the Arctic Circle to 71°N—celebrated on board with an Arctic Circle Crossing Ceremony and a midnight sun deck party—with stops in Tromsø, Honningsvåg (gateway to the North Cape), Trondheim, Åndalsnes,and Olden.

For those looking for a broader regional overview, the 12-night Scandinavia & Stockholm Overnight(July 19–31) covers five countries and six ports, complete with a golden-hour sail-in and overnight stay in Stockholm, a late stay in Copenhagen, and day trips to Oslo, GdaÅ„sk, Berlin (via Warnemünde),and Aarhus.
