RSG opens Equinox Resort AMAALA in Saudi Arabia

Red Sea Global (RSG), which focuses on developing regenerative tourism destinations, has opened Equinox Resort AMAALA in Saudi Arabia.
The new location will be the second hotel worldwide for the Equinox brand and its first location outside the US.
The resort is located in Marina Village at Triple Bay. It includes 128 rooms and suites across six categories. It also offers two penthouse suites and 21 branded residences.
RSG selected Equinox Hotels in July 2023 to launch the property.
The hotel was designed by Foster + Partners while Rockwell Group developed its interiors. RSG said the design takes inspiration from the Red Sea's natural landscape.
The resort includes dining venues Mint + Co, Soho Souk, Sama Ai, and EQX Den.
It also has 704m² of indoor and outdoor training space, which RSG said is AMAALA's largest fitness facility.
The property also features a 1,602m² spa, incorporating advanced treatments and technologies.
Other facilities include four outdoor swimming pools and a rooftop magnesium salt pool.
Red Sea Global Group CEO John Pagano said: "The opening of Equinox Resort AMAALA introduces a distinctive new dimension to the destination's wellness offering.
"Equinox has built a global reputation around high-performance living, and bringing that expertise to AMAALA reinforces our ambition to create a destination where wellness, sport and luxury come together in a truly differentiated way."
Last month, RSG opened Rosewood AMAALA at Triple Bay on Saudi Arabia's northwestern Red Sea coast.
The property spans 40ha and features 110 keys, arranged in clusters set within green surroundings.
"RSG opens Equinox Resort AMAALA in Saudi Arabia" was originally created and published by Hotel Management Network , a GlobalData owned brand.
