The Westin Nashville has completed its $13.5 million renovation project, owner Castlerock announced in a Wednesday news release. The redesign refreshed guest rooms, public areas and meeting spaces in order to meet evolving business and leisure demand, Castlerock said.

The extensive renovation included updates to the hotel’s 456 guest rooms and suites, all of which received new hardwood flooring, contemporary furnishings and updated soft goods, per Nashville-based Castlerock. In addition, suites were outfitted with dining and living areas to better suit group and extended stays.

Meanwhile, the revamped lobby now features Westin’s signature “The Well” water refill station, and meeting spaces were updated with new flooring, technology enhancements and improved seating “to better support corporate and group demand,” per the release.

Located in downtown Nashville, the upscale hotel is adjacent to Music City Center and close to live entertainment and other attractions. The property also features about 20,000 square feet of event space, a rooftop lounge, a restaurant and a spa.

“The renovation of The Westin Nashville reflects a deliberate repositioning of the asset to better align with the evolving expectations of today’s traveler and the strength of the Nashville market,” Seamus Ross, CEO of Castlerock, said in a statement.

According to Castlerock, the project, which prioritized “high-impact, revenue-generating areas” across the property, was delivered on time and under budget. Nashville-based Anderson Design Studio collaborated on the renovation design, which emphasized a modern aesthetic.
