Royal Caribbean adds new way to earn cruise loyalty rewards
As other cruise lines make changes that make loyalty feel less rewarding , Royal Caribbean Group is taking careful steps to modernize and expand cruise loyalty in ways that will encourage travelers to keep choosing cruise vacations with its three cruise lines — Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, and Silversea.
Just a couple of months after launching Points Choice , a program that expands choice in how passengers build their loyalty status across its brands, Royal Caribbean is now introducing a new option for vacationers to earn and redeem rewards with its three cruise lines — without changing the fundamental way that passengers earn status via nights sailed.
Designed to offer more value to vacationers, the new program offers a straightforward and flexible way for travelers who want more cruise rewards to earn and redeem them across Royal Caribbean Group's brands, on top of existing loyalty program benefits.

Royal Caribbean to launch tri-branded cruise credit cards
Royal Caribbean Group is partnering with Bank of America to launch the cruise industry's first tri-branded credit cards : the Royal ONE Visa Signature and Royal ONE Plus Visa Signature credit cards.
Available in the coming weeks, the new credit cards are designed to allow cardholders to earn rewards faster by offering points for everyday spending and cruise vacation purchases across Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, and Silversea. Cardholders will be able to redeem points for rewards with any of the three brands, whether for cruise savings or onboard credits for experiences like specialty dining, shore excursions, drink packages, and WiFi.

"Royal ONE and Royal ONE Plus strengthen how we recognize and reward our loyal guests across our leading vacation brands," Royal Caribbean Group CEO Jason Liberty said in a press release . "These new cards bring together the ways our guests vacation across Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, and Silversea – making it easier to earn and use rewards, so every trip delivers greater value and more meaningful experiences."
