She detailed the work she's gotten done in an interview with Life & Style. In February, Larissa got a nose job and a boob job. She underwent liposuction, a tummy tuck and a fat transfer to her butt that August. For an added enhancement to her booty, she added fillers and Sculptra. “It’s kind of like fat transfer but it’s a different product they inject in the butt. It’s very safe, it’s not illegal, it’s hydrochloric acid,” she told the outlet at the time. She also confirmed she went from a 34A bra size to a and now it’s 34 DD or 34 DDD. As a result of her lipo, she also lost 40 pounds and went down two pant sizes. Larissa explained she wanted to “improve” her appearance through plastic surgery to boost her self-esteem and to make money for her family. “The reason that I did it because as you know, I have a family in Brazil, I have a boyfriend who is 28 years old and I am exposed daily on social media,” Larissa said. “People have haters but the lovers, they ask you what procedures you use, what clothes that [you have] on. July 2024 — Larissa revealed via social media on July 28, 2024, that she had gotten married to a man whom she identified only as “Zachye.” She previously hard launched their relationship on Instagram in February 2024, but it’s unclear how long they dated before tying the knot. “We never know what surprises await us in Las Vegas,” she captioned a since-deleted carousel of photos taken with her man at a wedding chapel. “After 6 years, I never thought I would find true love. She's all smiles! 90 Day Fiancé star Larissa Dos Santos Lima is feeling like the best version of herself after undergoing an incredible makeover and transformation.

Fans were first introduced to the Brazilian bombshell on the hit TLC show, and she continued to document her life changes on social media.

After calling it quits with ex-husband Colt Johnson in 2019, Larissa changed up her hairstyle, got Botox, lip injections and more. The mother of two later unveiled her $72,000 "revenge body" post-plastic surgery in September 2020, shortly before she was fired from TLC. Larissa also revealed to followers in March 2022 that since December 2021, she had been undergoing hormone therapy, a weight loss program and using a pre-made meal plan for her diet.

In addition to physical changes, the reality star has gone through more major life milestones, including getting married to a new man known as "Zachye" in July 2024.
