Hollywood is mourning the loss of '80s sitcom star Loni Anderson,best known for her stint on WKRP in Cincinnati, as Jennifer Marlowe. As Parade reported, Anderson died over the weekend at age 79.
Tributes have been pouring in for Anderson since the news of her death. Morgan Fairchildis just one of many remembering her friend Anderson.
"I am heartbroken to hear of the passing of the wonderful Loni Anderson! We did Bob Hope specials together & a Christmas movie 2 years ago. The sweetest, most gracious lady! I'm just devastated to hear this. Love & condolences to Bob (who was on set every day w her) & her kids and grandkids, who she adored. #RIPLoniAnderson💔💔💔💔💔💔💔," she wrote in an X post.
The Dallas star and Anderson worked together on the Lifetime Christmas movie Ladies of the '80s: A Divas Christmas in 2021, along with Linda Gray, Donna Mills, and Nicollette Sheridan.
In another X post, Fairchild shared a throwback from the set of the Christmas film with Anderson and Mills.
"#OnMyWalk to memories of lovely Loni Anderson, one of the genuinely nicest ladies I've ever worked with, on set of our Christmas movie with Donna Mills. We had so much fun on this! She will be greatly missed!💔💔," was the caption.
Fairchild also shared an X with a photo of Anderson and her husband, Bob Flick, holding hands as they left the set of the Lifetime film.
There's no question that Anderson left her mark in Hollywood on those who knew her, and the fans she entertained for decades.
