The actor/comedian noted, "I got the good news the day the baby was born. So I heard the news and I was so excited, and then Luc called us and he said, 'Hey, the baby just was born.' And so, I mean, it was an amazing day. It was really amazing, you know? So we were like, 'Oh, this is just too much!'"
Dave Coulier became cancer-free on March 26, 2025. Meanwhile, his son Luc, whom he shares with his ex-wife Jayne Modean, welcomed his son, Chance Lee, with spouse Alex one day later, on March 27, according to Parade . Talking about the latest addition to their clan, Coulier stated that the baby is "healthy" and weighs 7 pounds, 6 ounces. Currently stationed in Michigan, the Muppet Babies star is planning to visit his son's family in Sacramento later this month.
The news of Dave Coulier's cancer diagnosis broke in November 2024.
