Deer District Good City Brewing taproom now rebranded as Explorium Distilled
The Good City Brewing space in the Deer District appears to have rebranded as Explorium Distilled.
The new concept comes six months after the owner of Explorium Brewing purchased Good City Brewing's four locations and its brands. The Deer District location was the last one of them to rebrand.
The Wauwatosa Good City was rebranded as Explorium in February; in April, the brewer's east side site was changed to Wayfinder MKE. Explorium did not renew the lease at Good City Mequon.
Owner Mike Doble told the Journal Sentinel in February that the Good City Deer District location would rebrand following the Bucks playoff run in 2025, which ended April 29.
Some window signage at the former Good City Brewing location at 333 W. Juneau Ave. now says "Explorium Distilled." And the Explorium Hospitality Group's website lists Explorium Distilled as a location in Milwaukee's Deer District.
The website describes Explorium Distilled as a downtown taproom with "an open kitchen, barrel aging room and unique event spaces."
Doble did not respond to a request for comment.
