Disney Offers New Haunted Mansion-Themed Wedding Spot and Couples Are Rushing to Say 'I Do'

Couples can now say "I do" in a new spirited (and spooky!) venue. Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings & Honeymoons has just unveiled its Haunted Mansion Parlor aboard the Disney Destiny , the Disney Cruise Line fleet's newest addition.

The venue—an eerie lounge designed to resemble a first-class drawing room—was inspired by Disney Parks' Haunted Mansions. It's filled with creepy design elements, including portraits that reveal the ghostly secrets of a sea captain and his bride-to-be. There are even more grim, grinning ghosts visible in the parlor's creepy mirror.

The adults-only haunted hangout can accommodate up to 25 wedding guests, including the couple. And the wedding package comes complete with an on-theme officiant, floral arrangements, a cake, and a champagne celebration. Guests can also enjoy specially crafted cocktails with a spirits menu that Disney has described as " to die for ."

While the Haunted Mansion Parlor is only welcome to adults, there are plenty of eateries and activities aboard the Disney Destiny ship to entertain the whole family. These include three imaginative restaurants, 10 pools and water play areas, the Wonderland Cinema, and live theater shows like Hercules (exclusive to the Disney Destiny ) and Frozen, A Musical Spectacular .

"Before and after the ceremony, guests of all ages can enjoy everything Disney Cruise Line has to offer—from imaginative dining experiences and dazzling shows to fun-filled recreational activities and unrivaled guest service," Disney writes on its parks blog. "With all ships designed with families in mind, Disney Cruise Line is the perfect setting for a destination wedding or vow renewal with close family members and friends."

The venue is certainly the spookiest of Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings & Honeymoons' more than 100 other wedding and vow renewal venues at Disney theme parks and resorts. It will become available exclusively on Disney Destiny sailings out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in May 2026.

The Disney Destiny, first revealed in March 2024, will officially set sail on its maiden voyage on November 20 this year. The cruise ship will embark on four- and five-night cruises from Fort Lauderdale to The Bahamas and the Western Caribbean.
