Major Taylor Swift Announcement Made on Friday

Despite the clamor from the fans , there still hasn't been any official news surrounding Taylor Swift's next album. At this point, the multi-Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter is happy spending her time with her boyfriend, Travis Kelce of the Kansas City Chiefs. 

With Swift still on hiatus following the end of her billion-dollar "Eras Tour" concert series in December, and Kelce currently away from the Chiefs amid the NFL offseason, the couple have been keeping it low-key and staying away from the spotlight together. 

Swift's recent lack of activity on the music scene, however, does not take away from the fact that the 35-year-old has already made a significant contribution to the industry throughout her incredible career. A testament to this notion is how the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum has decided to honor the "Fortnight" singer with another major recognition. 

This comes in the form of a significant update on the Taylor Swift Education Center, which is a two-storey section in the museum that honors her life's work. The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum announced on Friday that the display has been updated with "new artifacts" from the "Eras Tour."     

According to the official press release, the items that are now on display include her Roberto Cavalli couture silver dress, a pair of silver Christian Louboutin boots and her Gibson J-180 guitar that contains 5,000 Swarovski crystals.

All the new items that have been added are from the "Fearless" set of the tour.   

Moreover, Swift's custom-designed Nicole + Felicia Couture gown and her GSLJ Living Jewels guitar -- both from the "Speak Now" position of the "Eras Tour" -- have been added to the American Currents: State of the Music exhibition. 

The major announcement from the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum has also indicated that the items will be on display starting Friday, through spring 2026.  

Swifties who wish to see the exhibit can do so by heading to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum located at Rep. John Lewis Way S in Swift's hometown of Nashville, Tennessee.
