“There’s been a spate of home invasions,” begins the trailer. “At least nine houses have been hit.”
Created by Ingelsby, in Task , set in the working class suburbs of Philadelphia, an FBI agent (Ruffalo) heads a Task Force to put an end to a string of violent robberies led by an unsuspecting family man (Pelphrey).
Cast also includes Emilia Jones, Jamie McShane, Sam Keeley, Thuso Mbedu, Fabien Frankel, Alison Oliver, Raúl Castillo, Silvia Dionicio, Phoebe Fox, and Martha Plimpton.
Ingelsby writes, serves as showrunner and executive produces with director/EPs Jeremiah Zagar and Salli Richardson-Whitfield. Mark Roybal and Paul Lee executive produce for wiip, along with Ruffalo, David Crockett and Ron Schmidt. Nicole Jordan-Webber and Jeremy Yaches co-executive produce for Public Record.
