Scott was asked about his reaction to the scene by BBC entertainment correspondent Colin Paterson. "I won't spoil it for anyone. It's great, it's great," Scott replied.

Paterson then invited Scott to "spoil away" and asked: "There is a lot of talk about prosthetics. How well do you know him?" He waved away the question and motioned to move down the red carpet.
A clip of the exchange has been viewed more than 2M times on Twitter, now known as X. Paterson's line of questioning to Scott, who is gay, was criticized by X users.
Line of Duty actor Craig Parkinson accused the BBC of "lazy and possibly offensive journalistic pit falls," while former BBC entertainment commissioner Sohail Shah said it was cringeworthy.
Scott was representing All Of Us Strangers at the awards, though the film failed to convert any of six nominations into a win. Scott also presented the prize for Best Animated Feature alongside co-star Paul Mescal.
He was not the only one to be asked about Keoghan's naked dance by the BBC's Paterson: Sophie Ellis-Bextor was also grilled about the scene on the red carpet.
The BBC declined to comment.
