For the film's photo call, Thorne chose a look from Marine Serre. The PVC ensemble included a collared top with long sleeves and a twisted waist detail, paired with matching low-rise, wide-leg trousers.

Later in the evening, Thorne wore a holographic dress by Julie Kegels for "The Trainer" red carpet premiere. The dress featured a shiny light blue fabric with a white cloud-like pattern.

Thorne paired the dress with black sheer stockings and matching Versace platform heels, creating a stark color contrast. She also wore a necklace from her Thorne Dynasty brand.
