The Microsoft co-founder was honored with a celebratory post on social media from his oldest child, daughter Jennifer Gates , as he marked his 68th birthday on Saturday.

"Happy birthday, Dad 🫶," Jennifer, 27, captioned a black and white photograph of herself and her father on her Instagram Story.

In the image, Bill could be seen dressed in a suit, while Jennifer stood closely beside him in a white dress.

Last month, Bill and ex-wife Melinda French Gates , who announced their separation in 2021 after 27 years of marriage, came together to mark another birthday: their youngest daughter Phoebe 's 21st.

While stepping out for a festive evening , Melinda, 59, wore a casual dress, while Bill opted for a brown collared sweater and slacks. Phoebe, who wore an array of glamorous outfits during New York Fashion Week , donned a pink mini dress with heels.

The billionaire philanthropists were previously seen together while attending daughter Jennifer 's graduation from Columbia University in May.

At the time, Jennifer, who recently welcomed her first baby, shared a photo of herself on Instagram in her cap and gown, smiling with her parents , as well as her husband, Nayel Nassar .

Over the summer, Bill was also present for another happy occasion, when he celebrated Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez 's engagement during a party on the Amazon founder's $550 million yacht on Italy's Amalfi Coast.

By his side was girlfriend Paula Hurd , widow of CEO and one-time boss of Hewlett-Packard Mark Hurd , who died in 2019.

Days later, the couple was spotted taking in French Riviera sights as they arrived via boat at Club 55 along the Mediterranean Sea in Saint-Tropez.

Earlier this year, Bill and Hurd stepped out for the Men's final at the Australian Open. An insider told PEOPLE at the time that their relationship is "widely known."
