Billie Eilish Leaves Fans Weeping After Shocking Gesture

Just after midnight on Friday, May 17, Billie Eilishreleased her third studio album,  Hit Me Hard and Soft . Three of her biggest fans had the honor of being the first to listen to the new music—and the pop singer felt them weeping after her shocking gesture.

Three young women,  Laura, Bowerand Grace, listened to Eilish's new album with BBC Radio One host  Jack Saunders. In the middle of their jam session, however, the 22-year-old star surprised them with a FaceTime call.

In a video  shared via Instagram , the three women completely freaked out once they realized who was on the screen. All of them instantly covered their mouths as a symphony of muffled "OH MY GOSH, BILLIE ELISH, NOOOO!!" ensued.

"I actually don't have any words to say right now," Grace said. "I cannot explain how much I love everything you f---ing do."

"You saved my life," Laura said between sobs, to which Grace echoed, "Yeah, you saved mine too."

When Saunders asked them to share their favorite song, Grace replied, "' Chihiro ,' that's it. 'Chihiro' is the best thing I've ever heard."

"Oh my god, you think so?" Eilish said.

"I feel like I'm floating when I listen to that song," Grace insisted.

Meanwhile, Bower was still too overwhelmed with emotion to speak. Saunders prompted her to share her favorite song, to which she responded, "I love ' Lunch .' Thank you."

Eilish ended the surprise call with a sweet message to her biggest fans.

"Oh my god, I love you . Thank you guys so much," she told them. "I'm in the airport, so I'm trying not to be loud. But you know me, I'd be like shouting right now. But I love you guys so much. I'm so happy to be like seeing all your pretty faces. Thank you for listening."

In the comments, Instagram users shared their thoughts about the women's emotional reactions. One person wrote, "3rd girl is so real 😂😂😂 love her sm ❤️."

Another person commented, "i feel like i’d be cool & calm like Grace if i ever met billie, but in reality i’m definitely Bower💀."

Meanwhile, someone else declared, "The wholesome content I needed today 🥹❤️."

Laura chimed in, writing, "This has been the best day of my life @bbcradio1 @billieeilish thank you SO much🥹🥹❤️❤️."

Bower also commented, "I have never cried tears like this 😭😵‍💫THANK YOU @bbcradio1 @billieeilish @jackxsaunders !!!!!! 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷."
