"Back in my Bosun days. Had a bit more hair back then," Glenn captioned an old photo of himself pictured in a dark-colored T-shirt, shorts, sunglasses, and, yes, a "bit more hair" compared to today.

As the BDSY boss explained, the ocean backdrop photo was from his days before he was a captain. "No idea why I was so serious for this one," Glenn joked about his earnest expression in the photo.

The last time we caught up with the captain was back in November 2023 when he had a few things to say about commentators discussing his relationship with girlfriend Danelis "Dani" Jimenez .
Captain Glenn Shephard Defends His Relationship with Girlfriend Danelis and Their "Age Difference"
FYI: Dani is 19 years younger than Glenn. With that in mind, apparently some people have criticized the couple's relationship due to their age gap. Glenn, however, wasn't having the negativity and set the record straight in a November 21 Instagram post.

"Some here have commented that Danelis looks like my daughter or I'm old enough to be her dad," Glenn stated. "I knew this apparent age difference would be an issue for some, but my feeling is when you find someone who you click with that is perfect in every other way, when it comes to love and happiness, I can think of no other best time to throw caution to the wind," Captain Glenn shared about his partner. "Like I always say, life is short and you only die once and when you do, you stay that way for a very long time."
Glenn concluded his post with a final thought, writing, "To all of you who have maybe had that thought and chose to keep it to yourselves, thank you."
