Jay-Z Wishes Beyoncé a Happy 45th Birthday with Fireworks and a Singalong at London Concert

The Grammy winner and actress smiled and blew kisses as she watched her husband perform from a VIP suite

Jay-Z is wishing Beyoncé a very special birthday. 

On Friday, Sept. 4, while onstage at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London for his limited stadium run on the JAŸ-Z 30 Tour, celebrating the 30th anniversary of Reasonable Doubt and the 25th anniversary of The Blueprint , he also celebrated his wife.

During a brief intermission between songs, the 56-year-old rapper was heard asking production if they had "the shot" of the Grammy winner on the jumbotron.

Once the camera angle was set, fans inside the venue went wild as the "Crazy in Love" artist, 45, stood smiling in a box suite with friends, throwing up the Roc Nation sign with her hands.

Moments later, he began singing "Happy Birthday" as the crowd joined in on the celebratory song. But that wasn't the only sweet surprise the artist and businessman had in store. As the crowd sang, a fireworks display began.

Beyoncé, who wore a cozy hoodie for the outing, also blew kisses to the crowd and waved to fans as Jay-Z sang to her.

The "Texas Hold 'Em" singer continued to smile while leaning against the suite's railing and looking up at the sky as the fireworks continued. 

"Oh my God," she mouthed before he continued on with the show.

Her birthday also coincided with the 20th anniversary of her hit album B'Day . To celebrate the milestone, the singer released a deluxe edition of the album, which features hit songs like "Irreplaceable," "Déjà Vu," "Ring the Alarm" and "Upgrade U." 

Beyoncé's mother, Tina Knowles , referred to her elder daughter as "an extraordinary human" in an Instagram post .

"Even through all the sometimes terrible noise you keep going and moving forward," she wrote . "Creating, loving, lifting up others, constantly making history, and using that genius mind, working your butt off, minding your own damn business, and living your life to the fullest. Happy Birthday I love you ♥️🙏🏽🌹."

Beyoncé and Jay-Z have been married since 2008 , and are known to keep details of their relationship largely out of the public eye.

Since they met, they have become parents to three children : daughter Blue Ivy, 14, and fraternal twins Rumi and Sir, 9.

In her 2013 documentary Life Is But a Dream , Beyoncé spoke about having her first child with Jay-Z and what that meant for their relationship.

"This baby has made me love him more than I ever thought I could love another human being," she said at the time. "It's just that I love him so much that we almost feel like one. I don't know how to describe it."
