Metallics aren't going anywhere soon. Charli XCX, Blake Lively and more stars embraced the popular trend for on the red carpet of the LACMA Art + Film Gala 2024, adding their own playful twists to the staple style trend with shimmering metallic details with a pop of color.

The "Brat" star wore a custom Gucci ensemble featuring a mirrored bra top paired with a matching skirt. She complleted the look with Simon G. jewelry, including a diamond-encrusted bracelet and rings.

Blake Lively

Blake Lively attended the 2024 LACMA Art + Film Gala wearing a chainmail-inspired minidress in pastel pink and yellow, made from diamond-shaped pieces linked with large, shimmering crystals. She paired this with a voluminous orange cape draped off her shoulders. Her footwear choice was pink Christian Louboutin Emilie sandals, featuring strappy suede calfskin uppers with crystal embellishments.

Kaia Gerber wore a tiered green gown by Gucci to the 2024 LACMA Art + Film Gala. The dress featured a shimmering design with art deco patterning and was adorned with feathers at the bottom of the skirt.

 Viola Davis 

Viola Davis attended the 2024 LACMA Art + Film Gala in a Gucci black gown covered in sequins. The dress included a cape that flowed behind her, adding a touch of dark glamour drama to her ensemble.

Danielle Deadwyler embraced the autumnal and metallic trends with her playful two-piece Gucci set, featuring delicate floral detailing with metallic accents. She accessorized with a thick silver bangle on each arm, completing the metallic look.
