‘The Conners’ Gets Premiere Date For Seventh & Final Season; Watch Farewell Teaser
- ABC has announced that the seventh and final season of The Conners will premiere on Wednesday, March 26 with a six-episode farewell event.
The Conners are ready to say goodbye. ABC has set Wednesday, March 26 for the premiere of the Roseanne follow-up’s seventh and final season with a six-episode farewell event.
Per ABC, “For over three decades, audiences have followed along with the Conners as they navigate the daily struggles of life in Lanford. Dan, Jackie, Darlene and Becky grapple with parenthood, marriage, financial pressures and aging in working-class America. Through it all—the fights, the coupon cutting, the hand-me-downs, the breakdowns—with love, humor and perseverance, the family prevails.”

Stars John Goodman , Laurie Metcalf, Sara Gilbert and Lecy Goranson have all returned for the final season.
Throughout its first six seasons,. The Conners , from Tom Werner’s Werner Entertainment, remained a solid ratings performer. The series marked its 100th episode last year, a milestone it shares with mothership series Roseanne.
ABC released a teaser for the final episodes which begins with narration: “The family you’ve taken into your homes all these years is saying goodbye.” It’s interspersed with dialogue, with Goodman’s Dan Conner wrapping it up succinctly, “No matter how much crap life throws at us, nothing can stop us.” The clip concludes, appropriately, with lights out at the Conner household.
The Conners is executive produced by Tom Werner, along with Sara Gilbert, Bruce Helford, Dave Caplan, Bruce Rasmussen and Tony Hernandez.
