Doechii Accepts GLAAD Media Award for Music Artist of the Year Wearing Maison Margiela’s Avant-Garde Tabi Pumps
- Doechii made a stylish statement at the GLAAD Media Awards in Los Angeles by wearing a Maison Margiela ensemble featuring Tabi pumps.
Doechii brought her stylish flair to the GLAAD Media Awards in Los Angeles on Thursday with a unique Maison Margiela look featuring a pair of Tabi pumps.

Doechii, who took home the Outstanding Music Artist Award, dressed up in an apricot viscose and taffeta decortiqué bustier from Maison Margiela's co-ed spring 2024 collection. This distressed garment, which featured one off-the-shoulder sleeve, was paired with a black silk-mikado skirt that included white stitching. She wore a corsage with a safety pin and carried a measuring tape, further conveying an unfinished aesthetic as though the ensemble was in the midst of being created.

A pair of Maison Margiela's Tabi Bourgeoise Spectator pumps accented Doechii's look. The shoes showcased a brogue design with decorative perforations and laces with tassels; the unique silhouette included a central cutout, high-cut vamp and ankle strap. Maison Margiela's recognizable Tabi design, which splits the toe in two, was part of the silhouette as well. Doechii showcased a layered footwear look with a pair of white socks or tights. What's more, her left shoe had black accents while the right shoe was more of a monochrome white pump.
