Elvis Week 2025: Graceland to celebrate the King with concerts, panels, vigil and more

Graceland has announced plans for the annual Elvis Week celebration . The 2025 edition will run from Aug. 8-16 and is once again expected to draw record numbers of Elvis fans and music lovers from around the world to Memphis to mark the 48th anniversary of Presley's passin g.

The traditional centerpiece of Elvis Week is the annual Candlelight Vigil , set for Aug. 15 at Graceland's front gate. Other highlights of the programming include:

Aug. 8-10:2025 Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest
Aug. 13:A Night in Elvis' Hollywood, celebrating his film career with co-stars and live music
Aug. 14:Elvis Music Salute, featuring artists who shared the stage and studio with Elvis
Aug. 15: Conversations on Elvis , a talk-show style event featuring intimate stories from Presley's friends and colleagues.
Aug. 16:Elvis: Live on Stage, a big-screen Elvis experience with a live band.

A record number of fans are expected to attend the 2025 edition of Elvis Week.

Among the celebrities set to appear are hitmaking pop singer Tony Orlando, country music star and songwriter Larry Gatlin, Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Famer Brenda Lee, and Nashville session legend Charlie McCoy.

Elvis biographer Peter Guralnick, author of "Last Train to Memphis," "Careless Love," and the forthcoming "The Colonel and The King," will be part of the events. While Elvis film co-stars Pat Priest ("Easy Come, Easy Go"), Marlyn Mason ("The Trouble with Girls"), and Robin and Gavin Koon ("Follow that Dream") will also appear.

Tony Orlando will be among the special guests at Elvis Week in August.

Elvis Week perennials including Presley pal Jerry Schilling, former girlfriend Linda Thompson , JD Sumner and the Stamps Quartet veteran Larry Strickland, members of Elvis' Imperials Terry Blackwood and Jim Murray, and Estelle Brown of the Sweet Inspirations will also appear.
