'Moonlight Music on the Promenade' in Cocoa Village

Visit Cocoa Riverfront Park, 401 Riveredge Blvd., Cocoa, for a concert under the stars on Friday, Dec. 6 from 6 to 9 p.m. Admission is free with the donation of a new, unwrapped toy for the Cocoa Police Department toy drive. 'Holiday in the City' in Cape Canaveral

The City of Cape Canaveral hosts "Holiday in the City" at the corner of Poinsetta and Taylor on Friday, Dec. 6 from 6 to 10 p.m. The festive community gathering for all ages includes seasonal entertainment, food trucks, craft vendors, a hot cocoa bar, a holiday costume contest and a special appearance by Santa Claus. 'Sing We Now of Christmas' concerts

The Indialantic Chamber Singers will give a holiday concert at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 300 Malabar Road SE, Palm Bay, on Friday, Dec. 6 at 7 p.m. A second concert will take place at Eastminster Presbyterian Church, 106 N. Riverside Drive, Indialantic, on Sunday, Dec. 15 at 3 p.m. The program will include Christmas favorites. Admission is free, with a suggested donation of $10 to $15. Space Coast Holiday Food Fest and Craft Fair in Melbourne

Experience a holiday celebration at Wickham Park, 2500 Parkway Drive, Melbourne, on Friday, Dec. 6 from 5 to 10 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 7 from noon to 10 p.m. Enjoy holiday themed, a la carte tasting menus, take photos with holiday characters and shop the craft fair marketplace. The Downtown Melbourne Cookie Crawl will be on Saturday, Dec. 7 from 4 to 8 p.m. Purchase your ticket online to receive a branded cookie tin at the Melbourne Main Street office, 2004 Vernon Place, starting at 3:45 p.m. Then stroll through participating shops to collect cookies to fill your tin. Holiday Light Parade in Palm Bay

The City of Palm Bay hosts a holiday light parade on Saturday, Dec. 7 at 6 p.m. The 3-mile parade will leave the Eastern Florida State College Palm Bay campus and head north on San Filippo Drive. It will then move west on Malabar Road and end at Minton Road, in front of City Hall. Dozens of brightly lit floats, high school marching bands, cheer squads, motorized vehicles and more will delight the crowd and usher in the holiday season. Light Up Rockledge and Festival of Trees

The City of Rockledge hosts the annual Light Up Rockledge and Festival of Trees at the Rockledge Civic Hub, 530 Barton Blvd., on Saturday, Dec. 7 from 4 to 7:30 p.m. It will include a Christmas tree stroll, food trucks, vendors, live holiday music, a reading of "The Night Before Christmas" and a Christmas tree silent auction. 'The Bible on Parade' in Melbourne

Costumed characters take spectators back to Biblical times with " The Bible on Parade " on Saturday, Dec. 7 at 2 p.m. The parade featuring banners, floats, musical presentations and storytellers starts at the Melbourne Auditorium, 625 E. Hibiscus Blvd., turning onto Lake Street, Fee Ave., Babcock Street, then returning to the auditorium. Guests are invited to stay for a celebration following the parade. Art & Craft Holiday Bazaar in Cocoa Village

Cocoa Village is all about unique holiday gifting during the annual Art & Craft Holiday Bazaar, which will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 8. Artisans will showcase their wares in the holiday extravaganza that also includes street food and entertainment throughout Cocoa Village. WinterFest in Cocoa Beach

'The Nutcracker' at the King Center

Space Coast Ballet brings the classic ballet "The Nutcracker" to the King Center, 3865 N. Wickham Road, Melbourne, on Saturday, Dec. 7, at 2 and 7 p.m. Enjoy the magic of Christmas as Clara takes us on an adventure to the land of snow and sweets, where flowers waltz and sugar plum fairies dance with delight. Touch of Magic Events hosts the Winter Family Fest at the Melbourne Auditorium, 625 W.
