Inkcarceration 2024 visitor guide: Godsmack, Halestorm among Day 2 music highlights

Godsmack is one of 23 bands scheduled to play on three stages Saturday starting with Nailed Shut MA at 11:30 a.m. on the Redemption Stage. Gates are scheduled to open at 11 a.m.

Here's everything you need to know about attending Inkcarceration Day 2 at the Ohio State Reformatory:

Saturday's Inkcarceration set times

• Yard Stage: 11:55 a.m., Uncured; 12:45 p.m., Upon a Burning Body; 1:45, Filter; 2:55, Sevendust; 4:15, Hollywood Undead; 5:50, I Prevail; 7:30, Halestorm; 9:30, Godsmack.

• Redemption Stage: 11:30 a.m., Nailed Shut MA; 12:20 p.m., Flat Black; 1:15, the Acacia Strain; 2:20, All Shall Perish; 3:40, Fit for a King; 5:10, Trust Company; 6:45, As I Lay Dying; 8:35, Killswitch, Engage.

• Infirmary Stage: 11:45 a.m., American Dream Machine; 12:35 p.m., Hunt the Dinosaur; 1:25, Unsaid Fate; 2:15, Lions at the Gate; 3:10, Traitors; 4:05, the Word Alive; 5:00, Chelsea Grin.

Saturday's Mansfield weather forecast

The National Weather Service in Cleveland calls for Sunny skies and a high temperature near 84 degrees Saturday. The nighttime low will be around 63. Don't expect much of a breeze during the day or night.

Inkcarceration wristband costs

Weekend general admission passes cost $233.99, plus a $51.13 fee.

Those prices go up to $499.99 and $90.71, respectively, for a weekend VIP pass.

Single-day general admission passes cost $119.99 with a $28.53 fee for each day. Single-day VIP passes go for $219.99 and $46.80 Saturday and $249.99 and $49.97 Sunday.

What you can bring onto the grounds

Promoter Danny Wimmer Presents says these items are permitted (subject to change):

• Cellphones and small portable chargers

• Non-aerosol sunscreen

• One factory-sealed bottle of water (20-ounce maximum) or one empty plastic refillable water bottle (no Hydroflasks or Yetis)

• Binoculars

• Towels and light blankets. Blankets will not permitted in certain areas off the grounds

• Clear hydration packs (empty, limit two pockets)

• Small point-and-shoot digital camera

• Hats and sunglasses

• Earplugs

• Sealed packs of cigarettes and cigars

• Vape pens and e-cigarettes

• Bags are discouraged . Some smaller and clear bags are allowed. Those not allowed include cooler bags, diaper bags, purses, oversized tote bags and solid or mesh bags.

Lost-and-found is located at the Info Booth near the festival entrance.

What you cannot bring onto the grounds

• Chains, chain wallets, spikes

• Metal containers

• Umbrellas

• Large bags, backpacks, duffel bags

• Chairs, including inflatables

• Aerosol cans

• Coolers or picnic baskets

• Outside food or beverage other than water bottles as described above (see inkcarceration.com/festival-info for prescription medication and necessary food item guidelines)

• Glass containers

• Strollers

• Video cameras or GoPros

• Audio recording devices

• Laptops or tablets

• Professional-quality cameras or cameras with removable lenses

• Selfie sticks

• Lasers or laser pointers

• Drones

• Hula Hoops or Totems

• Balloons or beach balls

• Confetti or glow sticks

• Whistles or air horns

• Fireworks or explosives

• Musical instruments

• Weapons

• Drugs or drug paraphernalia

• Pets (except service animals)

• Colors or patches

• Unauthorized vending or advertising

• Walkie-talkies/two-way radios

Inkcarceration traffic

Olivesburg Road/Ohio 545 will be closed until Tuesday at 4 a.m. There will be temporary road closures and traffic lane changes each night for egress out of the parking lots off North Main Street/Ohio 13 and on Fifth Avenue at U.S. 30. The areas expected to be the most affected by delays are

• Ohio 13 north of Harker Street to Harrington Memorial Road;

• Ohio 545 between Wayne Street and Piper Road;

• East Longview Avenue between North Main Street and Olivesburg Road; and

• U.S. 30 between U.S. 42 and North Trimble Road in both directions.

Inkcarceration parking

Weekend passes for the Orange and Green lots are $65 with a $14.60 fee. Green Lot also has weekend motorcycle passes for $35 with an $11.43 fee.

Single-day parking passes are $25 with a $10.37 fee for the Orange, Green and Red (ADA) lots.
