Ben Affleck (2021-2024) — After J. Lo split from A-Rod in April 2021, she and Ben rekindled their romance. One year later, the Marry Me actress announced on her “On the JLo” newsletter that she and Ben got engaged again. The couple got married at a Las Vegas chapel on July 16, 2022, followed by a formal wedding ceremony in front of their families and friends at Ben's Georgia estate on August 20, 2022. Jennifer explained during a January 2023 appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live why they decided to elope while planning their nuptials. "We were so happy, and of course it was happening, but I just felt like the wedding was so stressful and one day Ben just says, 'F--k it, let's just go to Vegas and get married tonight,'" she revealed. Following her 2021 split from Alex Rodriguez , J. Lo moved on with former fiancé Ben that same month and announced their second engagement in April 2022 after rekindling their love one year prior.

The duo married in Las Vegas in July 2022, but issues from their past romance remained unresolved during their marriage. In August 2024, Jennifer filed for divorce.
