North West is following in her father's footsteps—with a little help from the man himself.

Kanye West shared a black-and-white pic of his 11-year-old daughter in the recording studio on Instagram this week, crediting North with inspiring him to start making music again in the caption.

"This little girl made me love music again," the 47-year-old rapper wrote.

"She asked me to make beats for her I got back on the ASR Chopped up beats for her album and chopped every beats with my bare hand for BULLY."

Kanye's followers raved about his announcement in the comments.

"Yes sir, you definitely did that. I've been a witness seen it with my own two eyes is really good to see the young God YE doing pure magic!!!!" declared rapper and record producer Malik Yusef, who has collaborated with Ye in the past (and seemed to have firsthand knowledge of his recording session with North).

"'My dad made all the beats' is the heaviest flex in this case. ๐Ÿ˜" joked someone else.

"'thank you north' we all say in unison ๐Ÿ™," one fan chimed in, with another adding, "NORTH NOW GET HIM TO DROP THE ALBUM."

Kanye also shared a brief video of North in the studio behind a keyboard as he encouraged her to "play it" and "play it again" from off-camera.

"Training," he captioned the clip.

As Forbes reported, North announced her debut album— Elementary School Dropout —at the listening party for Kanye's album Vultures 2 in March 2024. The title references Kanye's 2004 release,  The College Dropout .

Kanye, meanwhile, seems to be working on his own upcoming album, Bully , after teasing the project in a pair of now-deleted Instagram posts, according to Billboard
