Keke Palmer Puts a Sultry Spin on the Dark Glamour Trend in Lace Sonia Rykiel Dress for ‘Jimmy Fallon’

Keke Palmer embraced lace with a dark glamour edge during her appearance on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" in New York City on Tuesday. The "Nope" actress discussed her new memoir, "Master of Me."

Palmer opted for a fitted maxidress with long sleeves from Sonia Rykiel's fall 2024 collection for her late-night talk show appearance. Palmer's dress featured intricate lacework, one of the trademarks of the dark glamour trend, with a buttoned front placket and semi-sheer fabric adding a sensual element.

Palmer also wore the Harlow crystal-embellished satin pumps courtesy of Saint Laurent , which featured a gemstone and square heel. As for her glam, Palmer opted for an elevated iteration on '60s sensibility.

The actress wore her hair in a voluminous high ponytail, with her dark tresses cascading past her shoulders. Palmer's makeup also reflected the dark glamour aesthetic, featuring a bold smokey eye and dark lip. For accessories, she chose statement earrings and simple rings to complete her look.

The dark glamour trend is one of the most popular from the 2024 red carpet. Nicole Kidman, Demi Moore, Amanda Seyfried and Zoe Saldaña are among the stars who styled the trend for various high-profile events and premieres throughout the year.
