Kerry Washington Wows in Chic Metallic Jimmy Choos at ‘The Six Triple Eight’ Premiere In Los Angeles

Washington looked resplendent in a blush-hued gown featuring a boat neckline and short sleeves. The entire dress shined with a lattice design of crystal embellishments set against the satiny pink fabric. The dress was fitted and flowed into a floor-length column skirt with a slit in back.
Washington posted the look to social media, writing, "Had to find a dress that shined just as bright as the women of #TheSixTripleEight."
Matching the embellishments of her dress, Washington wore a pair of silver metallic heeled sandals, seemingly the ever-popular Jimmy Choo Platform Max 150. The shoes featured a slight platform in front as well as a soaring stiletto heel in back. With a classic minimalist design, the sandals were designed with a strap across the toes and a thinner strap wrapping around the ankle. The sides and top of the foot were exposed while the back was enclosed and connected to the ankle strap. The Max sandal is popular among celebrities and is often a go-to choice for red carpet events. Zendaya recently wore a pair in white satin to the Gotham Awards in NYC. From Aquazzura to Steve Madden , a similar style can be purchased from a range of brands.

Washington, who who recently received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame , previously wore a pair of sleek brown knee-high boots to promote "The Six Triple Eight." She stars in Tyler Perry's film which follows the women of the 6888th Central Postal Directory Battalion, World War 2's only Women's Army Corps unit of color, as they address a backlog in mail while facing discrimination and a war-torn environment. It it set to be released in select theaters before hitting Netflix on Dec. 20.
