Kyle Richards, Mauricio Umansky List Bel Air Estate for $6.75M: Photos
- Kyle Richards and husband Mauricio Umansky are selling their iconic Bel Air home for $6.75 million, which holds many memories for the couple and their family.
If you've watched The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for even a short amount of time, you would recognize the Bel Air home that Kyle Richards, and husband Mauricio Umansky, lived in for six years. They are now happily ensconced in their Encino estate , but after cast member Sutton Stracke rented out the home while awaiting renovations on her new Bel Air house, it's time to let the property go for $6.75 million.
The house has a lot of memories for Bravo TV viewers, who probably recall every dramatic scene that happened by the pool for the couple's annual White Party, or a baby Portia, the couple's now 13-year-old daughter, sitting on the kitchen counter while Richards cooked. The 6,229-square-foot home boasts seven bathrooms and eight-and-a-half bathrooms, which were probably all in use when everyone lived there, including oldest daughter Farrah Aldjufrie, 32, from Richards' first marriage, along with Portia, Sophia, 25, and Alexa, 21, whom she shares with Umansky.
The 1950s-built home has that Americana feel to it complete with a white picket fence, and of course, the interior was designed by Richards' BFF Faye Resnick. With so much reality show history , someone will want to snap up the beautiful property — and maybe get a few insider stories from Umansky, who is the listing agent, along with stepdaughter Aldjufrie.

A Very Familiar Facade
Any Bravo TV fan can picture all of the former cast members who strolled up that brick walkway ready to stir up some drama.
Bright Kitchen
Even though Kyle Richards lives a pretty privileged life, we saw many scenes of her cooking for her girls in this kitchen as they hovered over the island.
Exposed Beams in the Dining Room
We love the exposed wood beams and the light that pours into the dining room with a fireplace to give it a cozy vibe.
A Media Room for Movie Nights
There's nothing better than a screening room, which is a must-have in Hollywood homes, especially one with stadium seating.
A Cozy Master Bedroom Suite
The master bedroom suite has a lovely vaulted ceiling, a cute sitting room and even a fireplace tucked in the corner for those romantic evenings.
A Relaxing Bathroom Setting
There's nothing better than an oversized tub and a dedicated vanity area for those self-pamper days.
A Closet for a Queen
This is probably our favorite room in the house — a walk-in closet that you could live in. The well-lit showcase for those designer purses and a seating area to admire them really is for Bel Air royalty.
Basketball Court for Day or Night
The basketball court could also be used for pickleball or handball — and it has lighting for those evening pickup games in the neighborhood.
Putting Green for the Golf Enthusiast
Instead of sending Umansky out to the country club to play 18 holes, he was lucky to have a three-hole putting green for brushing up on his golf game.
Party by the Pool
We would recognize that pool anywhere — from Portia's birthday party to their casual (well, casual for Bel Air) cookouts.
