Don't let it slip away, get out there and live it up while you can at Cruiser Palooza in downtown Delray Beach, Bacon & Bourbon Fest in Wellington, the City of Boca Raton Seafood Fest and more.
In addition to the top five events listed there's always something great happening at places like The Norton Museum of Art or the Maltz Jupiter Theatre. 1. Cruiser Palooza: Music & Arts Festival at Old School Square
Featuring live music by The Resolvers, True Rumors, Uproot Hootenany and more, Cruiser Palooza will also include food trucks, beverages, a beer garden, a cornhole tournament and live artists installments. Started by Cruise Bogle, this event raises money for 'The Cruisey Baby Initiative' which provides direct financial assistance, emotional support and guidance for those who have sustained spinal cord injuries. Bogle, now 34, sustained a C4 spinal cord injury while skimboarding when he was 19 and has been paralyzed from the neck down ever since.

2. Boca Raton Seafood Festival at Mizner Park
Dig into oceanic delights ranging from conch fritters to crab legs and more and even watch local chefs including Corvina's Julian Bernal, Penelope's Kevin Avellaneda, and Loch Bar's Yora Chan as they battle for culinary supremacy in a high-stakes cooking competition, showcasing South Florida's finest flavors. There will be live music by The Holidazed, Vern Daysel and the Burning Breeze and Unravel as well as nautical-themed vendors and even a crab cake eating contest.

3. Bacon & Bourbon Fest in Wellington
The menu for the Bacon & Bourbon Fest 2025 will once again dazzle lovers of this sacred cured meat and threaten to break the will of any vegan or vegetarian passing within a five-mile radius. Delight in dishes like bacon teriyaki chicken, garlic ginger bourbon candied bacon on a stick, corn & bacon fritters, and much more. Enjoy live music by Eric Hanson, Bobby 'G', Rob Arenth and Jason Colannino & 4Peace Band on Saturday and Jerry Leeman and Eric Hanson again on Sunday.

4. Gopher Tortoise Gallop 5K at Okeeheelee Park
Calling all gopher tortoises! It's time to show those hares, that determination beats flash every time. This race, now in its second year, will start and finish at the Micanopy Pavilion with runners and walkers working their way through the park for the glory of just finishing or breaking that tape. Hosted by The Friends of Okeeheelee Park, there will be an awards ceremony, exhibitors, vendors, a DJ, healthy snacks and more before and after the race.

5. Adult Night Hike at Riverbend Park
Join this exhilarating and serene night hike designed for adults eager to explore South Florida's unique ecosystems and nocturnal inhabitants. As the sun sets and darkness envelops the landscape, guests will embark on a (werewolf- and chupacabra-free) guided journey blending the thrill of exploration with the tranquility of the night.
