Actor Elliott Page reveals he’s got nothing lined up after ‘The Odyssey’

( NewsNation ) — After a supporting role in Christopher Nolan's critically acclaimed summer blockbuster "The Odyssey," Elliott Page revealed his schedule remains wide open.

Page said he's got nothing lined up during an appearance this week on the "On Film… With Kevin McCarthy" podcast, the Independent reported . The transgender actor followed up by joking, "I know I get some pushback for being… Canadian. I don't know what it's about."

Page also reflected on the juxtaposition between filming "The Odyssey" fifteen years after starring in another major Nolan-directed film, "Inception," before he transitioned.

"I had such a great time working with (Nolan), but I was also personally really uncomfortable," Page explained before describing "The Odyssey" as a "full circle moment," per the Independent.

"I think that just feeling more embodied and connected, that's what weirdly lets you let go more, you know?" he added. "Knowing yourself more and embodying yourself more, weirdly, lets you let go more."
