New The Batman Part II Set Video Has Fans Zooming In on One Costume Detail
The Batman Part II has given fans another detail to examine. A new Glasgow set video seems to show Robert Pattinson 's Batmanwearing a yellow utility belt while riding away on a police motorcycle.
The clip was posted by Instagram account @jas.cinema, who wrote, "Got a front-row view of The Batman filming in Glasgow and managed to capture some of the action from above. From the Batmobile to motorcycle stunts, here's some of what I saw while filming from the rooftop."
The possible belt change draws attention because Batman's utility belt appeared black in the 2022 movie. If the color is accurate, it would mark a noticeable change to Pattinson's Batsuit for the sequel.
The footage gives fans another look at the updated suit during filming in Glasgow. It also shows how the suit looks during an action scene rather than in an official promotional image.

Earlier footage captured the Batmobile flipping during filming. More recent set photos also showed the vehicle heavily dented, with its windows smashed after the action sequence.
Other footage from the Glasgow shoot shows GCPD and SWAT vehicles chasing the Batmobile. Officers fire at the car, while a SWAT vehicle also rams it during the sequence.
The set footage does not establish exactly how the damage fits into the finished story.
Matt Reeves is directing The Batman Part II, with Robert Pattinson returning as Bruce Wayne. Andy Serkis, Jeffrey Wright and Colin Farrell are also returning as Alfred Pennyworth, Commissioner Gordon and the Penguin, respectively.
The sequel adds Sebastian Stan, Scarlett Johansson, Charles Dance, Brian Tyree Henry and Sebastian Koch to the cast. Stan has been reported to play Harvey Dent, while the specific roles for the rest of the cast have not been publicly confirmed.
It is also expected that Barry Keoghan will return as the Joker in the sequel. Keoghan briefly appeared as the character in The Batman, but his involvement has not been officially confirmed.
The Batman Part II follows the events of The Batman and The Penguin. Warner Bros . currently has the sequel scheduled for release on February 18, 2028.
