Get your first look at the 2026 Las Cruces film festival poster

The Las Cruces International Film Festival will unveil its 2026 commemorative poster on March 6.

The event will take place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Farm & Ranch Heritage Museum, 4100 Dripping Springs Rd, Las Cruces, according to a community announcement.

Local artist Asiah Thomas-Mandlman, a NMSU art graduate, is the featured poster artist. Thomas-Mandlman will be present to sign limited-edition prints of the poster, and the original artwork will be auctioned at the event. Admission is $30 and includes a signed collectible poster, food, drinks and music.

The Las Cruces International Film Festival will mark its 11th year in 2026. The festival is scheduled to take place April 8-12, 2026.

At the poster reveal party, attendees can purchase 2026 VIP passes at a discounted rate of $150, which is $50 off the regular price of $200. This special rate is only available at the poster party.

Thomas-Mandlman has built a career as a working artist, with her portrait work showcased at the Doña Ana Arts Council gallery and in El Paso's Take the Stage series. In addition to her visual art, Thomas-Mandlman is also known for her vocal performances. She performs with the jazz ensemble Lush Life Quintet and the new band Groove Runner. She has appeared in the Music in the Park series and was featured at Las Cruces' Juneteenth Jazz Festival.
