Karol G is bringing Tropicoqueta Tour to El Paso, following Coachella

Karol G just made history as the first Latina artist to headline Coachella.

Karol G delighted fans on both weekends of the 2026 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival and brought guests Peso Pluma, Becky G and J Balvin to the stage on Sunday, April 19.

At the end of the night, Sunday, the Colombian singer announced she is going on tour. A massive message flashed across the desert screens saying "Nos Vamos de Tour (We're Going on Tour).

And Tuesday, April 21 it was announced she is coming to El Paso as part of the tour. She will perform Sept. 6 at the Sun Bowl Stadium, according to UTEP Special Events Center.

El Pasoans had already gotten an inkling when they spotted a billboard with the same tour message. A fan of realfitfam on Instagram shared a video of the billboard along Interstate 10 and Lee Trevino Drive on Monday, April 20.

The Latin performer is promoting her 2025 album, Tropicoqueta. This will be her first major tour in the past two years since Mañana Sera Bonito Tour in 2024.
