On September 3—just days after the "Flowers" singer announced she's dropping "Cyrus" from her stage name —Miley released the music video for "Bass Persuades," her first single since the release of "Younger You" for the Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary Special in March. Channeling Britney Spears, Madonna, and Lady Gaga, Miley stripped down to a strappy black bra and matching hot pants while showing off her sultry dance moves.

She opened the video in a Top Stitch Convertible Bra by Fleur du Mal, which featured silk-lined balconette cups with detachable straps. With her abs on full display, Miley crawled across a table strewn with poker chips in a dimly lit bar, showing off her sleek black pants and patent-leather loafers. She styled the look with a leather biker cap and matching motorcycle gloves.

As the scene switches over to a city center at night, Miley swapped her accessories, opting for a motorcycle jacket and sheer black tights, which she layered under a pair of 4-inch platform heels.

Adding to the edgy look, her long blonde hair shook in all directions as she danced on the wet pavement, shaking her arms and legs in sync with the dance-pop beat. Around her, several topless dancers moved in time with the music as they rocked coordinated pairs of fitted leather pants.
