Nationally known acts among 8 new performances announced for Fayetteville
Cumberland County's Crown Complex recently announced eight newly scheduled performances and events.
The Crown will host a range of productions from an anime festival to a monster truck tour.
These aren't the only upcoming events taking place at the Crown. Other upcoming shows include the Harlem Globetrotters on March 20 ; "Menopause the Musical 2" on Feb. 22 ; and Grammy award-winning artist Amy Grant on Feb. 20 .

Anime Fest
Anime Fest will be held Dec. 20 at the Crown Expo Center at 1960 Coliseum Drive, according to a Nov. 4 news release. The event will run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
"Attendees can explore an exciting exhibit hall filled with vendors offering a wide variety of merchandise and collectibles," the release said.
Some items offered at the exhibit hall will be anime candy, magazines, toys, video games, manga and cosplay gear.

Monster Truck Nitro Tour
High-octane fun will be headed to the Crown Coliseum at 1960 Coliseum Drive in Fayetteville by way of the Monster Truck Nitro Tour , which will take place at 1:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Feb. 14, according to a Nov. 24 news release.
"Fans can expect massive jumps, roaring engines, gravity-defying stunts, and a full-throttle experience perfect for families, thrill-seekers, and motorsports lovers alike," the release said.
The Crown will host two shows featuring monster trucks that will face off in head-to-head competitions, including freestyle, side-by-side racing and wheelie battles.

Sawyer Brown: The Boys and Me
Sawyer Brown will be bringing his band to perform live at the Crown Theatre at 7:30 p.m. March 5, according to an Oct. 6 news release.
"Don't miss your chance to experience one of country music's most iconic bands live on stage," the release said. "Whether you've been with them since the beginning or you're just discovering their music, this is one tour you won't want to miss."
Brown, an American country music artist, will be performing hits from his more than four-decade career, including fan favorites like "Some Girls Do," "The Race Is On" and "The Boys and Me."

Ville City Blues
The Crown Theatre will host the Third Annual Ville City Blues Festival at 8 p.m. March 6, according to a Nov. 17 news release.
"Today's Southern Soul and modern Blues scene blends old-school storytelling with the smooth, feel-good groove of contemporary R&B," the release said. "It's music born from Saturday night dance floors, Sunday morning truth-telling, and every moment in between."
Some of the artists scheduled to perform at the festival include Tucka, Pokey Bear, Lenny Williams, West Love, Tonio Armani, EJ Jones, Mike Clark Jr., Stephanie Luckett & the YP Band and Henry Welch.

Anne Wilson
Grammy-nominated Christian singer-songwriter Anne Wilson is bringing her The Stars Tour to the Crown Theatre at 7 p.m. March 13, according to a Nov. 17 news release.
The tour is in support of her recently released third album, "Stars," which "finds the Kentucky native stepping fully into her own as a storyteller, blending the grit of country with the hope of faith in a way that is entirely her own," the release said."

Ali Siddiq
Comedian Ali Siddiq will bring his In The Shadows Tour to the Crown Theatre at 7 p.m. March 28, according to an Oct. 28 news release.
"Ali's unique style of stand-up originated behind the walls of incarceration, an incubator for interesting experiences and good stories," the release said.

Chicago
Multiple-time Grammy award-winning band Chicago is heading to the Crown Theatre at 7:30 p.m. May 21, according to a Nov. 10 news release.
"From the signature sound of the Chicago horns, their iconic vocalists, and a few dozen of ever-classic songs, this band's concerts are celebrations," the release said.
The Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame inducted band will be touring for its 59th consecutive year in 2026.

Daniel Tosh: My First Farewell Tour
Comedian Daniel Tosh will be performing at the Crown Theatre at 7 p.m. Oct. 16, according to a Nov. 18 news release.
