The Real-Life Couples of ‘The White Lotus’ Cast

The White Lotus is a hilarious social satire, which follows a group of unconventional, yet privileged hotel guests as they spend a week in paradise. While the relationships between the guests at The White Lotus Hotel can get chaotic and messy, the real-life partnerships between the cast members are just the opposite. We have the lowdown on the stars' off-screen relationships, including who is married, who is single, and which two stars are dating each other!

Leo Woodall and Meghann Fahy

Although the couple remains fairly private, Leo Woodall and Meghan Fahy love to share the occasional photo of each other. Woodall, who portrays Jack, and Fahy, who portrays Daphne, seemingly began dating in 2022. Woodall shared photos of The White Lotus cast, many of which featured Fahy. Fans began to wonder whether the two were an item, but neither actor confirmed a romance. 

In fact, their relationship wasn't confirmed until nearly a year later when the couple was spotted together on the street ,and again in early 2024, cuddling up at the Emmys. In February, they went Instagram official and have since shared multiple photos together, though neither has publicly commented on their status.  

Theo James and Ruth Kearney

Theo James, who portrays The White Lotus' Cameron, is married to Irish actress Ruth Kearny. They first met in 2009 while both were enrolled in the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, but didn't make if official until 2018. James and Kearney have since welcomed two children: a daughter in 2021 and a son in 2023.

Aubrey Plaza and Jeff Baena 

Aubrey Plaza, who portrays Harper, was married to writer and director Jeff Baena. The couple met in 2011 and began dating soon after. Although they kept their relationship fairly private, Plaza and Baena became husband and wife in 2021. Sadly, Baena recently died in January 2025 by suicide. 

Sydney Sweeney and Jonathan Davino

The White Lotus actress, who portrays Olivia, has been with Jonathan Davino since 2018. The couple were first spotted together nearly six years ago and became engaged in 2022. Sweeney and Davino keep their relationship private, but occasionally the actress will comment on them. 

Alexandra Daddario and Andrew Form

Alexandra Daddario, who is best known as The White Lotus' Rachel, first began dating her husband, Andrew Form, during the Covid-19 pandemic. She shared in a 2023 interview that they would meet at the same place for dates because everything was shut down.

"We did actually have our first date right next door at the Greenwich Hotel, and totally locked down for COVID," Daddario shared.

It would seem that the dates went well as they went on to get engaged in 2021 and married the following year. The couple welcomed their first child together in 2024, while Form has two children—Julian and Rowan—from his previous marriage to Jordana Brewster.

Jake Lacy and Lauren Deleo 

Jake Lacy (Shane) exchanged vows with wife Lauren Deleo in 2015, the couple since welcoming two children together. 

"It feels like you've got a person who always has your back, even more so than when you're boyfriend and girlfriend," Lacy shared after their marriage was made public.

Will Sharpe and Sophia Di Martino

While Will Sharpe's The White Lotus character of Ethan might be having relationship problems, the actor himself has been happily with his partner, actress Sophia Di Martino, for years. The couple first met in 2009 on the set of Casualty and soon began dating. 

Although it's unclear whether Sharpe and Di Martino are engaged, married or just life partners, the two have since welcomed two children together in 2019 and 2021. 

Steve Zahn and Robyn Peterman 

The White Lotus ' Steve Zahn, who portrays Mark, has been married to his wife, author Robyn Peterman, for 30 years! The couple met in 1991 while performing in a national tour of Bye Bye Birdie . Zahn and Peterman tied the knot in 1994 and have since welcomed two children — Henry and Audrey.
