‘RHONJ’ Star Teresa Giudice’s Plastic Surgery Transformation: Before and After Photos

2010 — After a year in the spotlight on reality TV, Teresa’s appearance began to change slowly. In 2011, she told In Touch exclusively about getting Botox, “I do it right in between my eyebrows. I go twice a year." "I don’t like my stomach. But a tummy tuck is a last resort!” Teresa continued, adding about one day getting a rear-end lift, "I loved my butt more in my twenties." 2018 — The following year, Teresa finally confessed to having work done on her nose. “I don’t know if anybody knows, but I did get the tip of my nose done and I was so nervous about getting it,” the fitness competitor revealed while appearing as the keynote speaker at the New Jersey Ultimate Women’s Expo in November 2019. “So I guess I got a nose job — the tip of it — and I used Dr. Tobias in Englewood, [New Jersey]. He was amazing,” Teresa added, referring to Dr. Geoffrey Tobias, a New York City doctor known as "The Rhinoplasty Specialist.” (Shutterstock)

Teresa did not admit to her breast augmentation until 2020, after revealing that she had gotten a nose job the year prior. "I was very nervous to re-do my breasts , but I felt it was necessary for me to feel like my best self. I encourage anyone who doesn’t feel their best self to work on feeling better. Even if it is the smallest thing every day," she told Andy Cohen during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live. While attending the New Jersey Ultimate Women’s Expo at the NJ Convention & Expo Center in November 2021, Teresa revealed her costar Margaret Josephs tried to persuade her against getting a nose job. “She’s like, ‘No you don’t need to do it,'” she said. “Like, ‘Really, bitch?’ Sorry, like, ‘You got so much plastic surgery, why [are] you telling me that?’” However, she said husband Luis Ruelas' support was eventually made her feel comfortable to go under the knife. By 2022, Teresa started to look drastically different from her early days on Bravo. In 2020, a fan told the reality star she had too "much Botox in them [sic] lips," next to an Instagram photo and the RHONJ icon fired back that she'd had "none." Tre admitted in 2018 that she “a little” bit of fillers in her lips during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live but has denied using Botox. 2023 — Teresa's face looked slightly frozen as she tried to show off a smile at an April film screening. That year, her RHONJ costar and sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga, claimed Tre underwent forehead lengthening. “Teresa did her forehead. She went back a little further [with her hairline]. 2024 — Tre's skin looked flawless as she attended Jill Zarin's Luxury Luncheon in the Hamptons. The reality star revealed in 2020 that she underwent a non-surgical neck and facelift treatment with collagen stimulation. November 2024 — Teresa shared a TikTok video while she was in an appointment at her new esthetician’s office. The reality star said she got injected with Botox and got her lip filler dissolved so that her new injector could “start fresh.” However, fans in the comments section begged Teresa to stick to her natural lips. “Teresa your lips after look SO good! Natural lips & no makeup make you look even 10 years later,” one person wrote. A second person added, “Leave them you look so pretty!!! Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice has shared so much of her life with cameras over the years and doesn't shy away from sharing which plastic surgery procedures she's had.

"I do believe in it if you are not happy with yourself and you want to do plastic surgery, I think you should because after you do, it does make you feel better," the Bravo star revealed while appearing as the keynote speaker at the New Jersey Ultimate Women's Expo in November 2019.

Teresa admitted to getting work done on the tip of her nose by a rhinoplasty specialist. She also discussed getting her breast implants redone for a second time in 2018.

In 2024, Teresa got her lip filler dissolved and shared a video of the process via TikTok , revealing that she's going to get them re-injected in the future.
