Selena Gomez exuded old Hollywood glamour on the red carpet in Los Angeles at the 2025 Academy Awards on Sunday.
The "Emilia Pérez" actress wore a bejeweled champagne gown, a custom Ralph Lauren look boasting a bustier-style bodice and intricate beadwork. She teamed the dazzling off-the-shoulder gown from the iconic American brand with shimmering platform sandals in a coordinating hue. The former Disney Channel starlet donned footwear from Stuart Weitzman that was finished in silky satin. She also showcased a sensational pendant necklace courtesy of Bulgari.

The "Only Murders in the Building" star works with stylist Erin Walsh, whose other celebrity clients include Anne Hathaway and Mindy Kaling. Gomez wore a custom Celine gown with strappy Jimmy Choo sandals to the Screen Actors Guild Awards on Feb. 23. Like her Ralph Lauren gown, the navy look also featured an elegant off-the-shoulder neckline.
Meanwhile, she hit the red carpet at the BAFTAs in a show-stopping, crystal-embellished Schiaparelli gown, another shoulder-baring number, and matching heels from the couture brand's fall 2024 collection. The strappy black velvet style was complete with crystal balls on the heel. As for the Golden Globes, Gomez stepped out in an icy blue Prada gown and coordinating pumps.

"Emilia Pérez" received a total of 13 Oscar nominations, including Best Picture. The French crime musical directed by Jacques Audiard co-stars Zoe Saldaña , Karla Sofía Gascón, and Édgar Ramírez. Both Zoe Saldaña and Karla Sofía Gascón earned nominations for their respective roles in the unique Spanish-language film. Notably, it was co-produced by Saint Laurent's longtime creative director, Anthony Vaccarello, and the newly launched Saint Laurent Productions.
The other films nominated in the Best Picture category include "Anora" starring Mikey Madison, "The Brutalist" starring Adrien Brody, "Conclave" starring Ralph Fiennes, "Dune: Part Two" starring Timothée Chalamet and Zendaya, "I'm Still Here" starring Fernanda Torres, "Nickel Boys" starring Ethan Herisse and Brandon Wilson, "and "The Substance" starring Demi Moore, and "Wicked" starring Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande. Notable nominees for acting categories include Zoe Saldaña, Ariana Grande, Demi Moore, Colman Domingo, and more.
