Snoop Dogg Labeled a Whole ‘Vibe’ as He Dances With Olympics Torch

Snoop Dogg is stealing the show at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, and he's not even part of the competing acts. 

The rapper and producer was selected to serve as one of the torchbearers ahead of the opening ceremony on Friday, July 26, and he certainly did  serve.

Images of the 52-year-old artist shared by the official social media account  and several other clips of him fulfilling his duties at the Paris Olympics  quickly went viral online as fans deemed him a whole "vibe." 

"Gym and Juice," one fan tweeted in a play on the title of Snoop's 1993 hit, "Gin and Juice." 

"Snoop Dogg carrying the Olympic torch is a vibe," another  viral tweet read, alongside a video of The Garfield Movie star walking in the city's parade carrying a lit torch in his hand. The clip later captured him busting a move in the streets as onlookers roared with pleasure and excitement. 

"The fact that Snoop Dogg has seamlessly checked marked almost all facets of popular culture needs to be studied," a third wrote in the response to the clip. 

Someone else gushed , "I can't love this enough."

A different angle caught Snoop dancing as he was passed the torch, and the responses had one social media user declaring "the whole world loves snoop."

"Ha! This is EPIC!" another rejoiced.  

Others dubbed it the " collab of the century ." 

Snoop's appearance at 2024 games has brought more joy than anyone could have possibly imagined as two other clips of the actor prepping for the Olympics also went viral in recent days. The first documented his sweet introduction to a French bulldog named Pierre , while the second showed him posing with his "bestie," Today 's Hoda Kotb .
