‘The Studio’ Star Chase Sui Wonders Proves Christian Louboutin’s So Kate Style Still Has Legs
- Chase Sui Wonders is making waves as the breakout star of Seth Rogen’s “The Studio,” seen out in a light blue Patou skirt suit and Christian Louboutin So Kate pumps.
Chase Sui Wonders , who is already being called the breakout star of Seth Rogen's "The Studio," is out on the town. As co-star Kathryn Hahn is hitting up various interviews, Wonders has started her journey.
For press, she wore a light blue Patou skirt suit. The look included a mini skirt with an oversized belt and buckle. Underneath the jacket she wore a striped button down shirt featuring a large collar and cuffs. She also carried a small leather bag.

For shoes, Wonders wore a pair of Christian Louboutin So Kate pumps. The shoes are a well-known style. They are a pointed toe stiletto pump. They are cut low on the foot in order to reveal a slight bit of toe cleavage. They also include a notable stiletto heel of 4.7 inches. As the style is a single sole, the pitch of the shoe is quite steep.
The shoe also sports the red lacquered sole that is the Louboutin trademark.
The So Kate is a taller version of the Louboutin Kate. The Kate silhouette was named for Kate Moss. Originally Louboutin released the Pigalle pump which brought in a horde of celebrity fans including Moss. The style was then updated into the Kate. The So Kate has since become a favorite of stars like Tracee Ellis Ross and even Zendaya. Last year it seemed to reach a fever pitch as Zendaya and her image architect Law Roach extolled the virtues of the white So Kate.

Towards the end of 2024, the company updated the pump silhouette again and unveiled the Miss Z. That more angular style included a padded lining and an Everlasting Sole. A crush of celebrities have worn the heel since it was released for sale in January. Nicole Kidman, Ciara and Doja Cat are just a few.
Wonders was supporting Louboutin earlier this month as one of the guests at their launch event for the Maison Margiela collaboration . After first debuting collaborative shoes in 2024, the brands created another two-part range to make available for sale. Wonders was on-hand for that launch.
