Taylor Swift Proves She Wasn’t Naked in Her ‘…Ready for It’ Video

Taylor Swiftreleased her futuristic "…Ready for It" video on Friday (Oct. 27), giving fans plenty of Easter eggs to spot and hints to decode. But she wanted to make one thing abundantly clear: At no point during the video was she naked. 

The issue sparked intense debate on social media, as Swift plays a naked, lightning-wielding cyborg in the video. But the singer shared behind-the-scenes photos from the shoot via Instagram Stories on Friday that revealed she achieved the effect by wearing a high-tech nude bodysuit with sheer panels.

"It truly warms my heart that people had so much to say about the bodysuit," she jokingly captioned one of the photos, giving the camera a coy look.

"… Ready for It" is off Swift's highly anticipated sixth studio album,  Reputation , out Nov. 10.
