Gracing the red carpet, the "American Fiction" star donned a pair of sleek Saint Laurent Chica slingback heels. Ross' designer pick included mixed material uppers in glossy black patent leather and clear PVC. Triangular toes adorned with gathered patent leather gave way to leather soles and elasticized slingback straps that acted to keep the silhouette in place on the feet.
