Charlie's Angels star, 80, leaves fans doing a double take in ageless new photos

- Jaclyn Smith, known for her role in Charlie's Angels, stuns fans with youthful appearance at 80, crediting clean living and love for her age-defying looks.
Jaclyn Smith left fans doing a double take as the Charlie's Angels icon showed off her remarkably youthful appearance in a series of glamorous new photographs.
The 80-year-old actress, who became one of television's most recognisable faces playing Kelly Garrett in the hit 1970s series, looked decades younger as she debuted a glossy, voluminous hairstyle complete with sweeping curtain bangs and face-framing layers.
In one striking close-up, Jaclyn gazed towards the camera wearing smoky eye make-up, glowing bronzed skin and a glossy pink lip, while her honey-toned brunette hair fell around her face in bouncy layers.
Another photograph showed the actress posing alongside hairstylist José Eber, while a third captured Jaclyn applying a pale pink lipstick.

"The king of lipsticks has done it again with another best selling shade for Sisley Paris - Malibu," she captioned the post.
But while Jaclyn's appearance has long prompted questions about how she manages to look so youthful, the actress insists her greatest beauty secret isn't found in a make-up bag.
Jaclyn Smith reveals her secret to looking incredible at 80
Earlier this year, Jaclyn was asked what was behind her age-defying appearance while attending the Paley Honors Spring Gala celebrating the 50th anniversary of Charlie's Angels.
Her answer was refreshingly straightforward: "Clean living, being loved." The actress explained that her family plays an enormous role in keeping her happy and youthful.
"I have the best family in the whole wide world," she said, referring to her husband Brad Allen, her two children and three granddaughters. "It's all about love, all about family with me."

Jaclyn, who turned 80 in October 2025, has also made it clear that she refuses to allow a number to dictate how she feels.
"I think a lot of aging is your mentality and how old you feel," she told AARP before her milestone birthday. "It's shocking to me to think about that, because I feel so young. I don't feel my age at all."
Why Jaclyn Smith refuses to obsess over ageing
Her approach to growing older is perhaps surprisingly simple. "It's a state of mind," she explained. "We're all going to do it, [so] we have to realize what keeps us young and to keep going."
Jaclyn credits staying active, continuing to work and maintaining a positive outlook with helping her feel younger.
She also believes genetics may have played a role. Her grandfather lived until 101, while her mother reached 95 and, according to Jaclyn, remained "young at heart."

But there is one thing she deliberately avoids: obsessing over ageing. "I've never gone through a midlife crisis because I've always kept busy working and I've always been challenged," she previously told Fox News.
"I'm also not obsessed with aging. I think that ages you." Her grandchildren have been another source of youthful energy. "They take me back to a place of such magic and innocence," she said.
What Jaclyn Smith eats to stay healthy
There is no punishing Hollywood diet behind Jaclyn's appearance either. The actress prioritises fruit and vegetables and is a fan of homemade green drinks, but she refuses to eliminate the foods she loves.
"I eat meat. I'm gonna have my hamburgers and I'm gonna have my pizza. I love cheese. I've gotta have my gummy bears," she previously said.
"We gotta enjoy life. I think having everything in moderation is so important."
Her typical day is reassuringly normal. Jaclyn has said breakfast can be scrambled eggs with two pieces of toast, while lunch could even be a hamburger or pizza. Dinner is often chicken or fish accompanied by fresh vegetables.

And she certainly hasn't banished sweet treats, joking: "I mean, I don't drink or smoke, so can't I have some cookies?"
Jaclyn does, however, avoid alcohol, something that has particular significance following her breast cancer diagnosis in 2002.
"I don't drink," she previously explained. "I'm a breast cancer survivor, and drinking alcohol raises the incidence of breast cancer."
Jaclyn Smith's workout routine at 80
Exercise is another non-negotiable. Jaclyn has long incorporated Pilates and weights into her routine and has described movement as increasingly important as she gets older.
"For me, movement is so important," she has said, explaining that maintaining bone strength is one of her priorities.
The former dancer has admitted that workouts become harder with age and that it can sometimes be frustrating when her body doesn't respond as it once did. Having a trainer, however, helps keep her motivated.
"I am really consistent, and I really believe in working out," she told NewBeauty. "It is not only good for your body, but also your brain, as it releases endorphins."
It's a philosophy that has taken on greater importance since becoming a grandmother. "I want to be vital in their lives, so I need to be healthy," she has said of her granddaughters.
Celebrating 50 years of Charlie's Angels
Jaclyn's latest photographs come during a particularly nostalgic year for the actress as Charlie's Angels celebrates its 50th anniversary.
The series premiered in 1976, with Jaclyn starring alongside Farrah Fawcett and Kate Jackson as the original trio of glamorous private investigators.
Jaclyn was the only original Angel to remain with the show throughout all five seasons, and earlier this year she reunited with Kate to celebrate the show's extraordinary legacy.

Five decades later, Jaclyn admits she never imagined she would still be associated with the character who made her famous.
She is also preparing to look back over her extraordinary life in her memoir, I Once Knew a Guy Named Charlie, which is due to be released on September 8 and promises to explore everything from her Hollywood career and marriages to motherhood and more personal struggles.
But when it comes to the secret of growing older, Jaclyn's philosophy remains far less complicated. "Maybe it's just really about being loved, you know, that keeps you young," she said. "When you're surrounded with love, I think that helps so much."
