What Makes Walton Goggins' White Lotus Breakfast So Special?
Walton Goggins chose this breakfast specifically to prepare for his character's storyline and to ensure he was felt and looked his best for the role. Even if you don't have specific health goals, though, his go-to combination is actually not a bad breakfast.
Eggs have about 4 grams of protein each, and hard-boiling them means you're not adding in any butter or oil. Boiled eggs are also convenient to eat on the go, and these can be prepped in advance for a quick meal you can grab when hunger strikes. Goggins said he avoided bread to go easy on the carbs, but opted for avocado as an egg accompaniment instead. "And then a sensible dinner around five o'clock that involves some protein," he said. Ultimately, Goggins said that he focused on "keeping it light" with his meals.

How to Make Walton Goggins' White Lotus Breakfast
This breakfast is incredibly easy to pull off. Just put two eggs in a pot of water on a stovetop and bring the water to a boil. Reduce the heat and let the water simmer for nine minutes, before removing the eggs and peeling off the shell. While your eggs cook, you can slice an avocado to serve alongside them.
The right way to hard boil an egg has been debated for years, but most culinary professionals agree that eight to 10 minutes will give you the perfect consistency. At nine minutes, Goggins' dish is right in the middle of that.
