Watch Philippines Alt-Rock Chart-Toppers UDD in Studio, Recording Vocals and Keys
Straight from Armi Millare's solo London performance last week, Billboard Philippines chart-toppers UDD spent "band day" to hit the studio for their self-titled album.
"Band day, shoot in the daytime, studio at night. So back in2it. #udd4th," Millare posted on Instagram in late September. Together with recording engineer Aaron Gonzales, Millare took to drummer Ean Mayor's home studio to track vocals and keys for the new album.

Gonzales tells Billboard Philippines in a message, "It was a hard song, just [recorded] one the entire night."
Guitarist Carlos Tañada quips that it was his fault, saying, "It could be my fault, since I totally changed the whole thing. But it's OK, 'cause everyone agreed to my version. We were already playing it live last year but stopped since I changed it. I thought it would be better less electronic and more organic instruments."
UDD will be performing in Dubai for the first time with iconic singer-songwriter Ely Buendiathis November.
