Zendaya, Zac Efron & Hugh Jackman Join James Corden for a Very Tense ‘Crosswalk The Musical’: Watch
The very amenable cast of the P.T. Barnum musical drama The Greatest Showman graciously agreed to participate in the latest edition of "Crosswalk: The Musical" with James Corden on Thursday night (Dec. 14). But suffice it to say thatZendaya, Zac Efron and Barnum himself, Hugh Jackman, weren't too pleased with the Late Late Show host's diva-like displays as they tried to dodge traffic while singing show tunes on New York's streets.
Jackman, a song and dance man with a bit of experience on the Great White Way, was more than willing to share some of his ideas with Corden, who inexplicably kept referring to the actor as "Huge." A confused Zendaya compared Corden's combative directing style — which included throwing random objects at the dancers and making them run around like chickens — to Dance Moms, and not in a good way.

When they finally hit the streets, Efron wasn't sure it was the best way to do a musical, or cross the street. But they all did their best on a spirited cover of Frank Sinatra's "New York, New York," though Zendaya was a bit distracted by the mid-song mugging. She got it together for her next big solo number, a fun take on the Guys and Dolls classic "Sit Down, You're Rocking The Boat."
And then, well, things go super weird when Corden dressed up as the bearded lady and the circus came to town for the show-stopping Showman big number "The Greatest Show." The finale was, believe it or not, even more insane than any of that.
