Actress, author and sustainability advocate Alicia Silverstone and eBay's Renee Morin say living sustainably is not as hard as you think. Morin said Re-commerce Day was a chance to highlight the benefits of preloved shopping. It included a takeover of the eBay homepage dedicated to re-commerce, featuring insights, deals on pre-loved items and an eBay Live program exclusively showcasing pre-loved products.

EBay said it partnered with Silverstone to highlight the environmental benefits of re-commerce.
