Known also as parcha, liliko'i, granadilla, or maracuya, passion fruit is sweet, tangy, and intensely fragrant, making it the star ingredient of many recipes, especially cocktails and desserts. It's at its peak during summer and early fall, but high-quality boxed juices and nectars work just as well in many recipes.
