Califia Farms is preparing to wave goodbye to summer with a sea of warm and cozy coffee treasures.

Hot off the success of the Strawberry Creme Refresher it released four months ago, the cult-favorite brand of plant-based milks, creamers and barista blends is ready to expand its lineup of dairy-free beverages. This time, it's launching several new seasonal coffee creamer flavors as well as its own version of an incredibly popular drink in Mexico, Spain, parts of Latin America and recent reports suggest there's a growing interest in the U.S., too: horchata .

Califia Farms' new line of organic seasonal creamers is a first for the brand, as it takes the varieties that fans already know and love and tweaks the recipe to be made with only "simple, organic ingredients, no gums, and no oils," while still blending with hot or cold coffee. The company said its decision to grow its Simple & Organic Almond Creamers comes from a recent statistic suggesting that "nearly 3 in 4 consumers consider purchases, based on ingredient lists."

"The love for our Simple & Organic line keeps growing and the passion for products made with the irresistible goodness of plants is here to stay," said Califia Farms' chief marketing officer, Suzanne Ginestro, in a statement.

Its new offerings include "delectable" and "festive" flavors, like Organic Pumpkin Spice and Organic Maple at select retailers (see below). We're also told the line will continue with another seasonal addition, Holiday Spice, due out in the winter.

The new additions join two other returning fall-favorite creamers: its Pumpkin Spice Almond Creamer and Caramel Apple Crumble Oat Creamer, both of which are available at Target, Kroger, and Albertsons stores for a limited time in the coming weeks.

Several other returning favorites are also making a comeback this year, including Califia Farms Pumpkin Spice Oat Barista (available at Albertsons, Whole Foods, Sprouts), Pumpkin Spice Almond Latte (available at Kroger, Albertsons, Whole Foods, Sprouts), Caramel Apple Almond Latte (available at Albertsons) and Seasonal Blend Iced Coffee (available at Kroger, Albertsons, Sprouts).

While all of that certainly would have been enough for fans, like we said earlier, the brand didn't stop there and new to stores this fall is a limited-edition non-dairy version of the creamy, classic, globally adored beverage.

Unlike some horchata recipes that use dairy milk, Califia Farms' Horchata uses a blend of rice and almond milk to give it that "creamy," luxurious mouth feel with real cinnamon and cane sugar for a "sweet, subtly spiced delight."

Califia Farms' new dairy-free horchata can be enjoyed on its own, over ice, or with a little espresso concentrate for an easy cafe-style iced horchata latte at home.

From what Parade is told, it will be available in 48-ounce containers ($6.29 MSRP) at Target, Kroger, Albertsons, Whole Foods and Sprouts for a limited time this fall.
